What hardware do I need?
Vinty POS runs in the browser, so any modern computer, tablet, or iPad works. We support Dymo and Rollo label printers, and standard receipt printers.
Do both plans have the same features?
Yes — every feature is included in both plans. The only difference is whether you use POS Outlet’s payment processing or bring your own.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security and role-based access controls.
