Refer a Store Monthly Drawing — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Refer a Store Monthly Drawing (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by Vinty POS (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). Questions about the Drawing can be sent to support@vintypos.com.

2. Who Can Enter

The Drawing is open to people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if older), who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), and who have a Vinty POS login in good standing as a store owner, store staff member, or dealer.

Sponsor’s employees and the Vinty Team, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Anyone who has been removed from Refer a Store under our referral rules is not eligible.

3. Entry Periods

First entry period: the first entry period runs from 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on November 30, 2026. Entries from October and November 2026 count toward one drawing, the first official drawing, held after November 30, 2026.

Monthly entry periods after that: starting December 1, 2026, the Drawing runs in monthly entry periods. Each period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that month. The Drawing continues each month until Sponsor ends it, which Sponsor may do at any time by updating this page; any period already under way when it ends will still be drawn.

4. How to Enter

In the Vinty dealer app or at app.vintypos.com, go to Refer a store, enter a store owner’s name, store name and email, and make an invite link for that store. Send the link to the store yourself, by copying it or emailing it from your own email. Making invite links is free.

You receive one entry for an entry period when a store first opens one of your invite links in a web browser during that period, as recorded by Vinty’s systems. The store does not have to sign up for Vinty POS.

Limit: one entry per person per entry period, no matter how many invite links you send or how many stores open them. Opens by automated tools, opens from your own devices, and opens from your own internet connection do not count. Vinty’s records are the final word on whether and when an invite link was opened.

Every invite must follow our referral rules: send links only to stores you know or have talked to about Vinty, don’t use email lists, and don’t post your link in bulk. Entries earned by spamming, by sending invites to yourself, or by any other attempt to get around these rules are void, and the person responsible may be removed from Refer a Store.

5. Drawing and Odds

Within 15 days after each entry period ends (for the first entry period, within 15 days after November 30, 2026), Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries received for that period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the period.

6. Prize

One prize is awarded each entry period: a digital gift card worth $100.00 USD, delivered by email through our rewards provider, Tremendous, with the winner choosing from the brands it offers. Approximate retail value: $100.00 USD. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and no substitution is allowed except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the terms of the brand that issues them. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify the winner at the email address on their Vinty POS login. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. A winner who lives in Canada must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before the prize is awarded.

8. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unfair way. If a technical problem, fraud, or anything else beyond Sponsor’s control affects the fair running of the Drawing, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it and, at its discretion, award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem occurred.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected invite links or emails, for opens that Vinty’s systems do not record, or for technical failures of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, by accepting a prize the winner releases Sponsor, Apple Inc., and Google LLC from any claims arising from the Drawing or the prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected for the Drawing is used to run it and to deliver the prize, as described in our Privacy Policy. To deliver a prize, Sponsor shares the winner’s name and email address with Tremendous.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Winners List

For the name of a period’s winner, email support@vintypos.com within 60 days after that period ends.
