This is the walkthrough for the Vinty dealer app on iPhone or iPad. If you print from Safari instead, see Printing labels — Safari on iPhone or iPad.
Your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the label printer.
Steps
- Open the Inventory tab and tick the items you want to tag. Or open an item and tap Print label.
- Tap Print N labels. Set the copies for each item if you need more than one.
- The iOS print sheet opens. Under Printer, pick your label printer — the Rollo X1040 shows up automatically because it supports AirPrint.
- Tap Print.
The app builds the labels at the exact size of your label format, so there is nothing else to set. Your label format comes from Settings (gear) → Label size in the app, or the store default if you haven't picked one.
Troubleshooting
The Rollo isn't listed. It's on a different Wi-Fi network than your phone, or it's asleep — press the Rollo's button to wake it, then try again.
Only part of the label prints. The label size in the app's Settings doesn't match the roll in the printer.
Barcode won't scan. If the print sheet shows a scale or "fit" option, make sure it's off.
